FAQs

Do I need a credit card to try it out for free?

No. You can try either Vubli Free (freemium) or Vubli Plus (14 day free trial) without entering your credit card details. Only once you've tried it out and want to upgrade, you will need to enter your credit card details for full access.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your account any time. We don't have any lock-in contracts. Just month by month.


For the Vubli Free plan, there's no subscription plan to cancel, but if you'd like us to delete your account, just reach out to our support and we'll take care of it for you.


For free trials - when your free trial ends, your account gets downgraded to a free account, unless you have upgraded to a paid subscription or added your payment details.


For paid subscriptions - when you cancel your paid subscription, your account gets downgraded to a free account at the end of your billing cycle.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes for sure! We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for your first month of using the service. If you're not happy with our service for any reason, just let us know within the first 30 days of your purchase date, and we'll issue your refund right away.

Is there a limit to the number of users I can have with each plan?

Yes. At the moment, each account is limited to just ONE user.

Is my data secure?
